At Pacific Hun Kava, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used kava products
  • Perishable or consumable items once opened
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
